We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 1–2 business days. If an item is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (even though marked in stock), you will be notified and offered the choice to wait, select an alternative product, or receive a full refund.

Deutsche Post Großbrief (up to 300g) — €2.85 (incl. VAT)
Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days
Not fully trackable. The item is placed in your mailbox but not marked as delivered. Please ensure your mailbox is accessible and clearly labelled with your name.
By selecting this method, you agree to accept the potential risks of delayed or missing deliveries. This is a low-cost, hassle-free option ideal for small items.
DHL Parcels (2 kg – 31.5 kg) — from €7.19 (incl. VAT)
Fully tracked and compatible with Packstations. Delivery usually within 1–2 business days, depending on DHL logistics and pickup schedules.
Special Toucan Delivery — from €2.00 (incl. VAT)
A rare, experimental in-house delivery option. Only available temporarily in select regions where stock is nearby. Availability is shown at checkout if applicable. Designed as a future internal logistics service.

DHL is our preferred logistics partner for international deliveries. Estimated times and availability will appear on the order page.

If your country is not listed, we do not currently ship there. This may be due to unconfirmed logistics or future expansion via local Fliperama subsidiaries. You may still contact us to request a custom delivery quote. Please note: international shipping may cost €20–30 or more depending on your location.
