1. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and § 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB), consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly in writing (e.g. via email or letter) before the withdrawal period expires. The returned item must be in unused, undamaged, and resalable condition. Items showing clear signs of use, damage, or modification may be excluded from return as permitted by § 357 BGB.
We reserve the right to refuse returns where the returned goods are not in accordance with the above. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
2. Warranty (Gewährleistung)
All products sold by Fliperama are subject to the statutory warranty provisions as per §§ 434 ff. BGB. The legal warranty period is two years from the date of delivery.
For 3D-printed items and similar goods, minor visual imperfections due to the nature of additive manufacturing do not constitute defects under warranty law. Claims based on misuse, modification, or improper handling are excluded.
Commercial buyers (B2B) may be subject to reduced warranty terms as permitted by law.
3. Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Credit / Debit Card
- PayPal
- Amazon Pay
- Cryptocurrency
Cryptocurrency payments are calculated based on the EUR value at the moment of receipt, including necessary blockchain confirmations. Any amount below the required EUR equivalent will result in the order being placed on hold. Any amount above the required total will be credited to your account as store credit.
Due to the nature of cryptocurrency, cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable. Store credit is also non-refundable.
Invoices and accounting records will always reflect the transaction in EUR, regardless of the cryptocurrency used.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Fraud
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, the buyer will be notified and given 24 hours to resolve the issue or submit payment by other means.
Failure to comply will be treated as suspected online fraud. In such cases, all available data (IP address, order logs, communication, and payment information) will be submitted to the Cybercrime Division of the German Federal Police (Bundeskriminalamt) or relevant local authorities for prosecution.
We encourage customers to contact us directly before taking any adverse payment action. We are committed to resolving issues amicably whenever possible.
5. Product Misuse Disclaimer
All products sold by Fliperama are intended for lawful and appropriate use. The customer assumes full responsibility for the correct use of any product. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper installation or use of our products, in accordance with §§ 276 and 823 BGB.
6. Website Usage and Copyright
You are free to share and link to our product pages. However, unauthorised use of our images, descriptions, or other content outside our website without written permission is prohibited.
Copyright infringement will be enforced under applicable German and international intellectual property laws. That said, if you wish to use our content, please contact us for permission. We are usually happy to grant usage rights with proper attribution.
7. Third-Party Designs and Attribution
Some products listed on Fliperama are based on original designs by third parties and licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution license (CC BY). When such designs are permitted for commercial use at the time of listing, they are included accordingly.
If the license changes retroactively, our listing remains valid under the license as it existed at time of inclusion. Attribution is provided clearly on the product page whenever applicable. For significantly modified or derivative works, attribution may not apply as per CC guidelines.
If you believe your original work has been used without proper attribution, please contact us and we will review and correct the listing if necessary.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, under the applicability of European Union consumer protection law. Where EU law provides additional consumer rights, those rights take precedence. The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.
